What Makes Wedding Cafe Online Different from Other Wedding Sites?
Our site offers you something that no other wedding site will... complete control!

When you sign up as a Bride or Groom, you control all of the content on your page and decide which vendors you'll allow into your network of friends.

As a Vendor, you have the option to update your pages as often as you like. In fact, vendors who update BLOGS, PHOTOS or VIDEOS frequently experience higher volumes of traffic.



How Do I Sign up?
Signing up is easy! Simply click one of the "Sign Up" links on the HOME page and answer a few questions. You'll be added to our database immediately.



What Memberships are Available?
Brides and Grooms are welcome to sign up and receive full access to the site at no charge.

Vendors have two options once they sign up: FULL ACCESS, offering the most robust experience, and STANDARD ACCESS, which provides access to the most-used portions of the site. Click here to view all Vendor-access options.



What is the Cost of Vendor Membership?
Vendor memberships are $99 and $79 per year thru December 31st. After that, prices are $149 and $129, depending on the access plan selected. Complete details can be found here.



How Do I Search for Vendors?
To search for vendors or any registered member of 'The Cafe', click "SEARCH THE CAFE" in the main menu bar. You will be prompted to narrow your search by profile type and location. You may also search Bride and Groom members by location, wedding budget and location. Note, too, that you can see members who are currently online by clicking "WHO'S ONLINE".



How Do I Invite Friends to My Page?
Once you have viewed a member's page, you can add them to your FRIENDS list. To do this, click "ADD TO FRIENDS" in their control panel.

If you are a Bride or Groom, the member will be added immediately.

If you are a Vendor adding another Vendor, they will be added immediately.

If you are a Vendor adding a Bride or Groom, a friends request will be sent to him or her and must be approved before being added.



Why Can't Vendors Add Brides and Grooms as Friends Without Permission?
This feature is set to protect our Bride and Groom members from excessive contact from Vendors with whom they have not initiated contact.



Are Messages Sent to Members Private?
Yes. All messages sent are private. Instant Mesages are private. Chat inside any of the CAFE CHAT ROOMS is open to all members.



How Do I Instant Message a Member?
Both members must be logged into the Instant Messenger panel. The IM link can be found at the top right of the site.



How Do I Chat?
Wedding Cafe Online offers several chat rooms for exchange of ideas. The link for the CAFE CHAT ROOM can be found at the top of the site.



How Do I Include My Web Site on My Page?
To add a Web site address, click "MY ACCOUNT" then "SETTINGS" and "PROFILE SETTTINGS". After typing your address, be sure to click "SAVE PROFILE SETTINGS" at the bottom of that page. Links are not hot. Visitors who wish to view your Web link must copy and paste links into their browser.



Why Is My Web Link Not "Hot"?
The purpose of Wedding Cafe Online is to establish contact within the site rather than promote activity outside The Cafe. Our site differs from others that simply act as middlemen.



How Do I Upload Videos and Photos?
To upload, go to MY ACCOUNT and click "SUBMIT ITEMS". Here you can submit videos, music, blogs, photographs and create polls.



How Do I Advertise?
Effective, affordable and targeted banner advertising is one of Wedding Cafe Online's strong suits! Rates range from $7 CPM (per thousand impressions) to $20 CPM, depending on placement and your target audience. Contact us for more information.
